It’s faster, safer for construction workers, and reduces the risk of fire, while offering superior quality compared to wood construction. Steel is also less cumbersome to work with. Additionally, we aim to provide customers with fixed-price quotes to avoid surprises later on. The most significant difference lies in the value of the building; currently, with wood construction, a large portion of the cost is attributed to labor, whereas with steel construction, the majority of the cost is for the building materials, resulting in a higher intrinsic value for the structure. Furthermore, steel is more recyclable than wood.
