Concaves, Threshing Elements, Beaters, & Combine Replacement Parts
Wildfong Concaves use the hardest and highest tensile strength steel available for great resistance to rock and wear damage. When a rock went through these two concaves running concurrently. Standard concave (right)suffered severe damage. Wildfong concave (left) was still able to perform, saving thousands.
Wildfong Concaves are precision fit. Each crossbar aligns perfectly with the next to ensure a continuous threshing surface.
Optional coverplates are available for all Wildfong Rotary Concaves to ensure uniform material distribution and improve threshing.
Wildfong Hard Thresh Concaves have 36% more bars than OEM concaves for more aggressive threshing performance. Hard Thresh concaves are available for new and old Case IH and John Deere combines.
Wildfong Threshing Elements are cast from only the highest tensile hardened steel. They are designed to fit the concave perfectly for superior threshing performance.
Wildfong Separator Grates are two piece design and made from hardened steel. Unlike cast OEM grates (right), they won’t break.
Wildfong Beaters have a smaller diameter drum than OEM beaters, but the same circumference. This along with offset, hardened steel bars give more throat space for debris and increases beater efficiency by 20% .
